Do you offer free estimates for handyman services in Auckland?

How do you charge for your services?

Transparency and clarity in pricing is important to all concerned. Dependent on the nature of the job, we can apply two pricing models.

  1. Hourly Rate – This is applicable to smaller tasks and repairs, we will provide you an estimated price before starting so you have a good idea of the cost and time required.
  2. Fixed Price – This is applicable for larger projects where there is a clearly defined scope of work. This provides peace of mind and eliminates surprises. Any works out of scope can be quoted or an hourly rate can be applied.

What are your working hours? Do you do emergency callouts?

The normal working hours for our handypeople are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

If you require emergency services to fix problems such as a plumbing leak or electrical issues, we recommend you contact an afterhours plumber or electrician. For other enquiries, our Handypeople will work with you to schedule your job for the next available time.

Do you offer any warranties on your services?

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will work with you to ensure that the job meets your expectations. We are committed to complete the job to the highest quality standard. If an issue should arise, we will work with you to identify the problem and find the appropriate solution to rectify it. This is our 100% satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy, we will put it right.

Do you manage the maintenance and repairs for rental properties?

We work with a number of Property Managers in the Auckland region. We optimise our service by taking the hassle out of repairs and managing the process. We can even contact the tenant directly to organise a suitable time to do the repair, removing the middleman and therefore making the process easier for everyone.

Our experienced team of handypeople are equipped with the skills and expertise to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs efficiently, helping to keep rental properties in optimal condition and tenants satisfied.
